SALMON CHARTER FOR VETERANS - CAPTAIN ED SCHROEDER
Captain Ed Schroeder and a large number of other anglers, business and charter captains are getting together for the fifth year to hold the annual Armed Forces Salmon Assault on May 16th. A random draw for all applicants who qualify, this is an opportunity for both fun and bragging rights for some more than worthy recipients. STEELHEAD ARE STARTING TO TRICKLE IN - DAVID A. ROSE
Warm ups and cool downs cannot stop steelhead from their annual run to spawn. But what does help to get them going is a bit of a warm up and we have had that! Long time friend and outdoor writer David A. Rose of www.wildfishing.com is starting to see some signs of the Michigan chrome and he says the early season is the best. We'll also talk about heading to Alaska on the cheap for fun and excitement.
