No one in the Midwest is more in tune with wild mushrooms than John and Theresa Maybrier of Team Morel. The Kansas City couple have been making their way around the show circuits for years, teaching folks the importance of proper cutting, transport and cleaning of morel mushrooms. Sidelined by a mushrooming injury, Theresa takes time out of her schedule to heal and share some more great knowledge about the fast approaching morel season.
