MICHIGAN OUT OF DOORS TV - JIMMY GRETZINGER

A staple in Michigan since the days of Mort Neff, Michigan Out of Doors television has been airing on PBS since I was a kid and long before. The prime time Thursday night slot has been also filled by others like Jerry Chaipetta, Fred Trost & Bob Garner and now, Jimmy Gretzinger and Jenny Olson.

Always traveling around the State and keeping to their 52 unique shows a year schedule, Gretzinger talks about his life as a young man new to the business to where he stands now as its owner. Some things may have changed over the years but one happens to be the same. The continuous amount of coverage that they bring, week after week!

Michigan's own award winning upland game bird specialist joins us for a little pre season tukey talk. Stewart is a world renowned expert on the subject of wild turkey's and shares some pre season scouting tips as well as reasoning behind the structure for Michigan's various turkey seasons.

Captain Joel Piatek of Harsens Island, MI, knows what it's like to be around some of the greatest game fishing waters in the State of Michigan. With the Lakes Huron and St Clair in his back yard, Joel guides his life's passion towards helping anglers find and catch big Muskie, Smallmouth Bass, walleye and Perch.
